WARRANTY

Westlund Freeman LLC doing business as Innovations Manufacturing & Distributing guarantees all product sold by it to be free from defects in workmanship and materials when operated under normal conditions and in accordance with characteristic limits. There is no warranty on equipment which has been modified, adjusted, neglected, abused, or improperly maintained. Physical abuse of any component used to house or create the characteristic of the product will make null and void the warranty of any and all parts. This warranty shall be in effect from the date of delivery, for a period of 12 months on any sheet metal housing / cart / safe / cabinet, 9 months on any motor (motor Manufacturers warranty / Power Porter Limited, contact: Stuart Smith, 18508 SE 280^th Street, Kent, WA Phone: 253.638.1637 / 425.765.6510, Fax: 253.638.1746), 60 days on any control board (board Manufacturers warranty), 60 days on any battery (battery manufacturer’s warranty), and 30 days on any and all components not specifically mentioned above. THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHER THAN THAT OF IT’S DESIGN.

Innovations Manufacturing & Distributing will repair or replace, at its option, any component which has been found to be defective and is within the warranty period, provided that the defective component RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION form is dated within the components above described warranty period. RMA forms will be made readily available at the time of delivery or any time thereafter.

Any component not manufactured by Innovations Manufacturing & Distributing (for example; a motor) which has a specific warranty, will be provided with that warranty upon delivery of the completed unit.

Westlund Freeman LLC doing business as Innovations Manufacturing & Distributing and all component manufacturer’s liability under this warranty shall be solely limited to repair or replacement of the component within the components warranty period, and shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, personal injury or labor costs.

Under no circumstances will Westlund Freeman LLC doing business as Innovations Manufacturing & Distributing be responsible for any expense in connection with any parts or repairs made by anyone other than the factory or authorized agent, unless such repairs have been individually and specifically authorized in writing.

Westlund Freeman LLC doing business as Innovations Manufacturing & Distributing will provide the customers managers and supervisors with training for the operation of any motorized equipment for a period no less than 1 year with the intent that this training will provide the tools with which to pass on operating instruction to any and all staff to whom this equipment shall be made available. Innovations sole interest here is to make training available, and shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, personal injury or labor costs, resulting from poor or inadequate training of subsequent operators by the Innovations trained managers and supervisors. Ongoing due diligence will be required by all parties.

Westlund Freeman LLC doing business as Innovations Manufacturing & Distributing and its suppliers maintains the option to substitute components with like components if an original becomes unavailable.
